Re-released in
the import-circuit is the colourized edition of
"Jailhouse Rock". This DVD, probably lifted from
the laser disc, contains some bonus material
like outtakes, interviews with Leiber and
Stoller and more. The Colorized version has been
around for almost 20 years, and never was a big
success. Despite the computer adjustments, most
fans seem to prefer the original movie, filmed
