Parents from Stockholm are not allowed to name their daughter Elvis. The mother has filed a complained against the Swedish government.
'We have chosen the name Elvis because it's a neutral name that can be used for a boy and a girl'. 'We are no Elvis fans at all, it's just a nice name'.
The government thinks that it is not a neutral name, considering the link with Elvis Presley and they decided that it can not be used for a girl.
